**Order Processing and Shipping**

**When will my order ship?**
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

**How long will shipping take?**
US orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx, while international orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center. Average transit times are 15 - 20 business days for US orders and 15 - 30 business days for international orders. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

**Will I receive a tracking number?**
Yes, tracking will be provided for every order once it is shipped. You can track your order using the tracking number provided on our website.

**Can I cancel my order?**
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement with no penalty. Please send an email to support@theradiantluxe.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER. ORDER #" to cancel your order.

**Address Corrections**
If you have entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

**Delivery Attempts**
The carrier will typically attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned.

**Damaged Items**
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@theradiantluxe.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will send out a replacement item free of charge.
